Swami Sitaramananda: Chief Guest
Opening Address: Jyotish and Yoga
Swami Sitaramananda is the director of Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm, Grass Valley CA and a senior disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda, She has dedicated her life to the higher self and has been teaching yoga philosophy, meditation and Vedic knowledge. She is a greater supporter of Jyotish andhas been sponsoring Jyotish conferences at the ashram for 14 years. Swami Sitaramanandahas a Ph.D. from Open International University and a Master’s degree in University of
Montreal, Canada. She is an experienced teacher in Meditation and Yoga Psychology formore than 25 years. She is the main teacher of the Teachers Training courses program in Grass Valley as well as in Vietnam, her native country.
Swami Sitaramananda has completed Level I and Level II Courses with the American College of Vedic Astrology (ACVA). ACVA awarded her the Jyotish Navaratna in 2010 for her outstanding services to Jyotish. She was also awarded the Jyotish Kovid for establishing excellence in Vedic astrology from Council of Vedic Astrology.
